At Hemsvig Jewellery, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help. Please carefully read our refund and return policy below.
- Returns
1.1. You have 24 Hours from the date you receive your item to request a return.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, you must submit a full-opening video without any edits. All sides of the parcel must be clearly visible.
1.3. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless the item has a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent.
1.4. To initiate a return, please contact us at hemsvigjewellery@gmail.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
1.5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
2.2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
2.3. Please note that refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider. If you do not receive the refund within the specified time, please contact your payment provider for further assistance.
2.4. Non-refundable items: Custom-made jewellery, personalized items, gift cards, and any items on final sale are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Exchanges
3.1. Exchange only if the wrong product is received and the opening video is mandatory, please contact us at hemsvigjewellery@gmail.com within the 7-10 day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3.2. The customer is responsible for any price differences if the exchanged item is of greater value.
- Damaged or Defective Items
4.1. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at hemsvigjewellery@gmail.com with your order details and an opening video of the defect.
4.2. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, excluding shipping costs, once the item is returned and inspected.
- Late or Missing Refunds
5.1. If you haven’t received a refund within 10 working days after approval, please:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
