- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, size, or colour preference.
Damage or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, we will help—only with an unboxing video as proof.
How to report an issue
- Record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment you receive the sealed parcel.
- Show the package from all sides, the shipping label, and each item as it is removed.
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery through our support channels and share:
- Order ID
- The uncut unboxing video
- A brief description of the issue (damage/missing item)
Important
- The unboxing video is mandatory. Without it, no action can be taken.
- Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.
Resolution
- After verifying the video and details, if the claim is valid, we will replace the item with the same product.
- If the same item is not available, we will issue a refund.
Colour & Display Disclaimer
- Product colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. These variations are not considered damage and are not eligible for return/replacement.
