If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, we will help—only with an unboxing video as proof.

How to report an issue

  1. Record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment you receive the sealed parcel.
    • Show the package from all sides, the shipping label, and each item as it is removed.
  2. Contact us within 2 days of delivery through our support channels and share:
    • Order ID
    • The uncut unboxing video
    • A brief description of the issue (damage/missing item)
