Shipping Timeline

• All of our handcrafted items are made upon order.
• It requires 5 to 7 business days for us to create your jewelry before it’s ready for shipment.
• For urgent delivery or expedited dispatch, please reach out via WhatsApp.
• Domestic shipping within India generally takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.
• International shipping usually requires 1 to 2 weeks.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are determined by the product's weight and the destination.
• Domestic shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
• International shipping is available. For more details, contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram.
• We also provide express shipping options at an additional cost. Please reach out via WhatsApp or Instagram for more information.
• For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Tracking Orders

• Once your order has been shipped, we will send tracking details via email.
• Hemsvig is not liable for delays caused by courier services. If your package is not delivered within 15 days of dispatch, kindly email us at hemsvigjewellery@gmail.com.

• Orders will be dispatched to the address provided. Please ensure that the shipping details are correct to avoid any delivery issues.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• All our jewelry pieces are custom-made to order.
• We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds.
• Damage claims are only accepted for customers who chose secured shipping. Although we pack glass items carefully, minor damages may occur due to handling by the courier. For orders with free or standard shipping, we do not accept damage claims for shipping-related issues.
• If there are any damages during transit or if an item is missing, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the parcel, along with an unboxing video.
• The unboxing video must be unedited and should clearly show all sides of the package. This video is mandatory; without it, no action will be taken.
• Please note, the actual color of the product may differ slightly due to screen resolution and lighting. These differences are not considered defects.
• As our items are handmade, minor imperfections may occur, adding to the uniqueness of the piece. These are not considered damages.
• After reviewing the unboxing video and the reported issue, if it's deemed valid, we will replace the item. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
